Toyin Abraham was born on September 5, 1975, in Auchi, Edo State in southern Nigeria. But she grew up in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State in southwestern Nigeria.
She went to St.Anne’s School Ibadan for her secondary school education. She further attended Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, where she obtained a diploma degree She also obtained a higher national diploma certificate in Marketing from Ibadan Polytechnic.

Toyin Abraham kickoff his acting career in 2003 after she came in contact with Bukky Wright, a Nigerian Actress who came to Ibadan to shoot a movie.
