Reasons Why Minister Saleh Mamman Fainted After Buhari Sacked Him
It came as a shock to many earlier this week that President Muhamadu Buhari Sacked two of his underperforming ministers Saleh Maman who was the Minister of power and his counterpart in the Minister of Agriculture and rural development Mohammed Nanono.
Both ministers were sworn in by president Muhamadu Buhari when he constituted his cabinet after being elected for a second term in office in 2019 but now in a bid to rejig his cabinet, the president has relieved the two ministers of their employments.
What surprised Nigerians the most in this issue was that when Saleh Mamman received the news of his sack he fainted immediately. The question being asked by many Nigerians is why will someone faint just because he was relieved of an employment?
Sources close to Saleh’s family disclosed to news men that Saleh fainted because he wasn’t expecting the news of his sack and that the patriarch of the Mamman family is recuperating in a hospital in an undisclosed hospital.
In addition to the information provided by Saleh’s family that he wasn’t expecting the news of his sack, chances are that Saleh may be battling a health condition like hypertension which could make him to faint after hearing the bad news. This is because the erstwhile Minister had just returned from a trip overseas and he wasn’t expecting the sack news at all.
However President Muhamadu Buhari has replaced him by a more capable hand in the person of Minister Abubakar Aliyu who is also the Minister of Works and Housing.
Please wish Saleh Mamman quick recovery in the comment section. Also like and this article. Don’t forget to follow me for more interesting articles.
