Chelsea Eze was born on November 15, 1985, into the family of Mr and Mrs Ezeriota in the ancient city of Kano, Northern Nigeria.
She was raised in Kano and hails from Umuahia in Abia State, Nigeria. She only left the city after graduating from high school.

She comes from an educated home as both of her parents were bankers, working at Reputable Commercial Banks in Kano State.
She obtained her First School Leaving Certificate in Kano State. She attended Federal Government Girls College, Minjibir, Kano and St. Louis Secondary School, Kano for her elementary school grade.
She later proceeded to the University Of Maiduguri, in Borno State,where she obtained a degree in English and Linguistics.

Chelsea‘s Eze started her journey into the movie industry from a young age when she played a scene in her church.
