Early Life

Banky w who birth name is Olubankole Wellington was born on march 27, 1981 in the United States of America into the family of Mr and Mrs Wellington.

He’s father hails from Badagry, while his mother came from Calabar, Cross River State. Banky W and his parents relocated him to Nigeria together with his siblings.

Banky w is born in to the family of three boys and a sister. He attended his primary and secondary School grades in Lagos State, Nigeria.

He later further his educational career to the United States of America to obtained a degree.

He won a scholarship to study at Rensselaer polytechnic institution in New York City.

Banky w kickoff his career into music back then when he was student at the Rensselaer polytechnic institution, in New York City.

Banky W been talented and hard working enable him to Established a record label titled “E.M.E Record” while still working with Globalspec in 2002.
